St. Helens is truly a city filled with enthusiastic people, and this is evident in the local businesses and their employees. There’s a lively energy among the staff, and while they engage in friendly banter with one another, it creates a welcoming atmosphere for customers looking to enjoy a drink. I’ve visited both before and during the pandemic, and I cannot praise the service and the quality of the coffee highly enough.

We ordered coffee for me and a baby hot chocolate for my daughter. The staff was very friendly and personable, engaging in conversation while assisting us with our order. They were also attentive to our various allergies, which was greatly appreciated.

I've made a coffee, new staff since I was here. very friendly and I must say that the service was fast. the young man who dreamed tables was very efficient as soon as someone cleared up the dirty dishes. Let's call again when I'm in town.

Small Costa shop no room for wheelchairs, no parking outside. Lovely friendly helpful staff, very clean and makes a cracking cup of coffee. Good selection of cakes and pastries, hot and cold drinks. Toilets in store. Reserva una mesa ahora

The server, a blonde lady was lovely nothing to much trouble for her x She knew all the regular visitors and checked that they were OK x She is a star in the team xxx Well done costa keep staff like this xxx

The tables need to be cleaned, and there's a need for hand sanitizer. The food is as good as usual. The staff are friendly enough.
