Costa Coffee - Reservar una mesa

Firstly, I'd like to stress that the staff were very friendly and helpful and are no way any issue. In fact, they're the only reason I'm being so generous with stars for this review. Firstly, the place was filthy. I don't mean that there were uncleaned tables because the staff clearly kept on top of that, what I mean is the seats were absolutely freaking disgusting. Every single chair which had fabric was filthy and a stained. Not like one or two, all of them, and even half the wooden chairs had something gross splattered up the backs of them. Hampshire Police have reverted back to tactic sleep deprivation, almost the same tactics as Star Hotel. I 've been in and out sleep all night thanks to constant 'people ' coming in and out, slamming bathroom door like five times in the space of ten seconds, jumping up and down, slamming front door, and I am sure someone with a ladder by my window tapping it.... HAMPSHIRE POLICE!!! I AM TRYING TO SLEEP! YES! LIKE 90% OF PEOPLE OUT THERE, I SLEEP DURING THE NIGHT. You are unlawful!

Order frappe with coffee. The 1st make was wrong, staff make another one. The 2nd drink didn't taste the coffee (and I didn't see they put it), although I ask about it. Not worth it.

The food is good, but typical of a Costa, over priced. The staff are friendly. The chairs are looking grubby and in need of a good clean.
