I travel across the country and treat myself daily to a latte. I can officially say that this store is by far the worst at preparing drinks both in terms of quality and service. I stopped using this place when the new costa opened in bourges boulivard but thought I would try them again today. The experience was just as dismal as before. I'm not an expert barista, but I sure know what a good Costa tastes like. The latte and the chocolate both consist of a tangy, burnt out taste like sour off milk. The milk isn't prepared properly and has no velvety smooth texture. The coffee almost tastes like oranges and has the most hurendous after taste. Toasted sandwich was really only toasted on one side (the cheesy side) so the bread on the other side was soft and untoasted. The vegan 'cheese and ham ' toastie wasn 't that nice, the lady who had it said it was dry and unappetising. We all commented on how expensive it was now.
