Costa Coffee - Reserva de mesa

Me and my family visited this costa during the snow and poor weather and the inside of the costa was disgusting. The floor was soaking wet all the way through and nobody was cleaning the floor or trying to dry it. The floors were dirty and had not been cleaned as there were crumbs under every table and we had visited in the morning so they had been there prior to this day. The staff were incredibly rude when it came to ordering my food and drinks. And one of the ladies seemed to know nothing about the drinks I wanted to order. My mum got given a dirty look when she asked for chocolate on top of her cappuccino. Not very happy with this visit at all.

Visited 1st October just after 11am I was 2nd person in the que and waited 15 minutes to be served other people had got bored of waiting and left the que the 2 staff behind the till were the 2 moodiest staff I have ever come across seemed more interested in talking than serving even though they kept looking at que building but this didn’t seem to bother them nor make them quicker. If your going to keep a customer waiting 15 minutes to be served it might be worth while apologising for the wait. Instead nothing. Such rude staff at this branch

Although the staff and the Costa are great it is surrounded by more and more rubbish they Costa have taken there bin away their banner outside is ripped just adding to the run down very sad to see the area becoming so uncared for

This Costa has excellent service with friendly and efficient staff. The atmosphere is pleasant with quiet customers, making it a great place for a business meeting. Unfortunately, they do not accept American Express. Reserva una mesa ahora

I received good service and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee before heading to work. I'm happy that there is a Costa Coffee located near the service station, making it convenient to stop by.

Used this a couple of times when going to away matches on the Ebbsfleet United FC Supporters' Coach. Clean and tidy with friendly staff but as per the title it operates to a formula.

Located on the outskirts of town in a small commercial area, this restaurant has a great atmosphere and is always bustling. The dining area is impeccably clean and well-maintained.

Costa is Costa bit pricey for a coffee but you know what it is when you walk in I enjoyed my coffee n cake and relaxed after shopping it's clean and a good atmosphere Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff here are very friendly, this is a really nice place to have a coffee, the inside area is very nice.
