Costa Coffee - Reserva de mesa

As someone who values following COVID-19 guidelines, I appreciate the importance of receiving clear instructions on how the system works. Unfortunately, the teenager who attempted to explain the rules was quite rude and unprofessional. In these challenging times, it is still possible to show kindness and a smile, even if it's hidden behind a mask. It is important for those in the hospitality industry to maintain civility and professionalism. The behavior of the staff at Costa reflects poorly on the establishment and I urge them to provide better training for their front of house employees.

This used to be our favourite costa but not now. Staff are very rude and I know they have covid rules to contend with but barking at the customers isn't the way to go about it. Told there were no tables and we'd couldn't wait in the shop you know..well er no I didn't know, if there was someone to greet you and tell you then fine but I don't appreciate being shouted at across the counter. Needless to say we didn't wait outside in the rain, we went over the road to Gerrards where we got a much friendlier welcome.

What an utter disgrace to the brand, our seating was stained with food, the floor was dirty, the toilets were absolutely disgusting, one toilet out of order, and has been for a while, the one in use stank of urine, also a lazy member of staff had not fill the toilet tissue, instead had put a full pack of tissue sheets by the dryer, the whole pack had scattered on the floor with the blower, the tiles behind the toilet was stained with splattered urine. This place is s disgrace to the brand and need fumigating!

The best , amongst costa cafes of the area! Staff are nice , efficient! The decoration is superb and there are always spaces! On wed and sat, it can be very crowdy , due to market right at door step! I don t know how they do, but they cope with the possible number of customers X 6 ! Reserva una mesa ahora

We arrived four of us for coffee,decided to find a table and then join huge queue .only to be chased by a very rude member off staff .telling me they are no free tables and have to leave .won't be using again ,until they decide to employ ,some staff ,that want to be there .appalled.

Staff are overboard with the track and trace. After filling it out and showing the staff they demanded to see bank cards and photo I.D too claiming ‘it was the law’ in an unfriendly manner that just came across as if they were thrilled to try and catch someone out.

The restaurant was bustling with activity, but the staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. The coffee and cake were delightful, enjoyed in a roomy, pristine, and inviting atmosphere.

Disgusting toilet. Flush mechanism broken, toilet filthy, floor soaked in what appeared to be urine. Not acceptable!

Brilliant staff and lots of space Smell the coffee ...so good ...will be back for more ...thank you .
