Costa Coffee - Reservar una mesa

I go in a lot of Costas across the country so have seen different levels in shops. Whilst on holiday on Weymouth in October 2023, me and my wife entered Costa in Wimborne and ordered our coffees, yhen my mobile phone rang as I was about to scan for my beans, it was a call from my cousin to inform me that my last uncle had passed away that morning. I passed out and the stroller that aids me walk went from under me, the members of staff according to my wife stopped serving and helped my wife get me to a chair and one member who was the first aider got me some water to sip and sat with us until i came round properly. Went in for a toastie or sandwich and saw there was very little food. Literally three sandwiches. I asked if that's all the food they had and they said yes. Apparently their manager is off sick so no food orders are being put in. Very strange! Why hasn't the area manager taken control of this situation? There was only one other person in there and I can see why. Hardly any sweet things either. I was hungry so went elsewhere.

I have been to costa many times and I went today and was served by flo and she was so lovely and sweet and helped me choose what drink i want and convinced me to get a costa card. I’ve never had such a lovely experience so shout out to flo!

Had a great time lovely service by Izzy. I got a strawberry frappe and it was so good, the cream was fresh not out of a can. Toilets were immaculate and tables were all very clean

Coffee and cake with a friend. Warm welcome from Chris, friendly and chatty. Great customer interaction. An asset to Wimborne Costa.
