Costa Coffee - Reserva de mesa

We called in her today at the last minute not quite knowing what to expect. Well, we were very pleasantly surprised. It was a really enjoyable visit ! The lay out of this Costa is really good and gave the choice of some good private...tables for (You don't feel like you are sitting on the knees of someone else) The place was spotless and the food choice was good. The staff were very friendly, professional, courteous and were constantly clearing tables. They even cleared some of our empty plates as we were sitting there now that is a new thing in a Costa as usually you wait for the dishes from someone else to be cleared, not your own ! The service was quick, the quality of what we had lovely....

I went for some lunch with my mum around They were keeping the doors wide open so it was absolutely freezing inside. We found a table at the back and just as we were about to tuck in to our food, the staff decided...it was the perfect time to swap all the chairs and move around tables? It was honestly so rude, I couldn’t even hear my mum over the clatter of tables and chairs being dragged and clattered about. Staff even asked customers who were sat eating/drinking if they would mind standing so they could swap there chairs? This was honestly so rude and I feel like it was a mad rush so the staff didn’t have to do it when the store closed. At the end of the day this kind of thing should have...

Started to order after the lady came to the till half way through she just started talking to a previous customer without an “excuse me one moment” or anything , after continuing to order she proceeded to have chit chat with other members of...staff and had to take my order again , after paying another member of staff after the first disappeared they just left the till without a “thank you” or “please collect your drink at the end of the bar” or nothing ... just rude incompetent staff and not to mention a pretty crummy cortardo , milk was scorched to the point of tasting sour... the worst customer service ive witnessed in cheshire/staffordshire area

Quick stop here one afternoon whilst waiting for my car to be fixed. Took a while to be served as there seemed to be only one person working, however waiting aside, coconut latte tasted great. Don't like who I'm always attpted to be upsold with...the new coffee roast blend, but that's just corporate life! Comfortable surroundings in a relaxed environment. I sat towards the rear which, unlike other Costas, seem to lack light due to the long nature of the cafe and windows only at the front. Not a bad place if you're at Grand Junctions but the Costa in Crewe centre is a much more open environment. Reserva una mesa ahora

As a decaf drinker who loves nothing better than a really tasty strong coffee, I was very impressed by the young man who advised me on my best options....Joe was very helpful and suggested I try the decaf flat white with an extra shot BUT...in a takeaway cup as the cup is a slightly better size for what I wanted.....he was very understanding and polite and a credit to the company....thank you Joe,you were right....the coffee was perfect !!!

I like my coffee and spent many years in Greece where you have good choices. This is one of the closest and in fact used to be in Athens until it became a victim of the financial crisis. However, this local shop continually serves up...good tasting barista coffee in a nice relaxed ambience. Also tried the iced coffee (cappuccino) and this was a very good substitute for my missing Freddo Cappuccino from Greece.

The coffee quality and stuff are okay but the place is at best mediocre. Sat with a friend of mine today and it also had a weird smell of burned plastic all over the place. When asked got the response it was chemicals from the...fridge because it was in cleaning process. Not intending to develop cancer while having my coffee, thanks.

Popped in on Christmas Eve for a quick sandwich. Say watching people walk out as one lady who appeared more senior shouted at an employee. This was not the festive experience anyone wants. Customers that did stay waited and waited to be served whilst lines...like “what’s your problem” were shouted very loudly! What a shame! Reserva una mesa ahora

This is always value for money. The quality and taste of the food is consistant. Nice staff. They appear to try hard and usually remember you if you are a returning customer. Clever and makes you feel good.

The coffee is always excellent here. The staff are really friendly and the coffee shop is very clean with nice clean toilets.
