Costa Coffee - Reserva de mesa

I am a fan of this Costa branch. While it's not perfect and some staff members are better than others, I really enjoy the atmosphere. It is well-balanced, but could benefit from more involved management (I'm unsure who the manager is despite my frequent visits). The staff's job is challenging and I feel it is not always acknowledged by the public. Some employees excel at customer service, with a good mix of personalities, but could use more confidence and recognition of their quality service from management.

During this pandemic, Costa in Hucknall have tried their utmost to offer a welcoming and great value for money service; and more recently in the form of a take away. Coffee is delicious and the cakes are mouth-watering! Staff do their utmost to ensure that the cafe is a safe venue to enter, reminding customers where necessary to keep their distance and wear masks, which is easily forgotten. Well done Costa! I'll be back!

Ideal place to pop in and sit down, enjoying a delicious hot coffee, or indeed any of the other range of tempting hot and cold drinks! Service is excellent friendly, welcoming and ready to help in whatever your request may be. Good range of cakes and snacks to choose from, available through the day. Ideal place for individuals, couples and families all are welcome.

The restaurant is always bustling with customers, but unfortunately, there is a shortage of staff and the prep area is too small with insufficient equipment. The staff seem overwhelmed and are constantly bumping into each other. Due to the lack of staff, tables are not being cleared promptly, the floors are always covered in debris, and the chairs are quite dirty. Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered delivery through Just Eat and was disappointed to find that there was no option to choose the size of my coffee. I received a small coffee for the price of a large and there is no phone number available to call to address the issue. Overall, very disappointed with the experience.

Great coffee, tempting cakes ideal location what more do you want? Costa provides all of these, even though COVID 19 (understandably) is hampering the opportunity to sit down and relax. Nevertheless the call in for the take away service is well worth the money. I'll be back!

I visited with my therapy dog and was made very welcome. Had a lovely latte with oatmilk. Well done everyone. I saw that even though they were quite busy they had time for customer service. The toilets were lovely and clean too.

My partner had a iced mocha today with no coffee in and just powdered chocolate. It was the worst he had ever had from there. It had to be chucked away. Taste your drink before you leave! Reserva una mesa ahora

Asked for an oat milk latte to drink in, got given a coconut milk latte to go.. not ideal. I gave it a go and learnt coconut milk lattes are awful. Staff were nice though.

Welcoming Costa. Accessible toilet. All on one level. Usual selection of cakes, pastries and savouries. Staff very helpful.
