Costa Coffee - Reserva de mesa

Visited Saturday morning 2nd March 2019. Understandably, it was rather busy given the day and the time of month. However, this is not an excuse for a dirty coffee shop and a chaotic service. Many tables had not been cleared or cleaned. The floor was filthy. There appeared to be a complete absence of management oversight. The poorly supervised staff (all very young) appeared to be struggling with the number of customers. This resulted in a rushed, sloppy service. The food was disappointing too. I had a limp croissant and my wife, after asking, got an expired Nutella as an accompaniment to her equally disappointing pastry. Disgusting place. Not many people waiting to be served but still took 20 minutes to finally get served. And then the young lad doing the coffee was more concerned about running his hand through his hair and then handling our coffe cups. Staff seem to be on sleeping pills and disgusting to boot. Never again

Wherever you go in the country, Costa Coffee is always the same and St Neots is no different. It was relatively quiet today so plenty of food available. Coffee was good and my son enjoyed his kids hot chocolate. The staff were attentive and friendly. Would visit again.

The staff at the restaurant was extremely friendly and made an effort to ensure every customer was satisfied, despite the long wait. However, the restaurant was a bit dirty. On the bright side, the cold brew was absolutely delicious! Reserva una mesa ahora

On our way back from our break, popped into Costa, St Neots and order a cake and the new Ruby Cocoa Hot Chocolate. A really nice drink. Great customer service with all smiles around and atmosphere really peaceful. Thanks Costa Coffee

This Costa gets a bad time but today I came in for a tea and some toast, the staff were lovely, chatty and helpful. Nice to see the place with plenty of staff and happy to serve you.
