Costa Coffee - Reserva de mesa

I am a loyal Costa customer and usually enjoy visiting this branch. Depending on the staff member serving me, my order can sometimes be excellent. I prefer a dry (frothy) cappuccino, but the barista making coffee today seemed disinterested. The first cappuccino he made me looked more like a flat white, so I asked for a remake. Unfortunately, the second attempt was also a flat white. Disappointed, I requested a refund and went to the Costa at the cinema where I received a perfect cappuccino on the first try.

This restaurant consistently messes up orders - missing items in the last three orders. It seems like the staff can't move past the first number they see and assume that's the quantity ordered. The correct notation should be 2@, 3@, etc. or just use common sense. It's disappointing that serving coffee seems to be a challenge for them.

Recently visited costa with my 2 grand children and I have to say the coffee and cakes were amazing my grandkids thoroughly enjoyed there hot chocolates aswell service was quick and the staff are very nice. The shop is also very clean and comfortable only down fall is all the stairs to climb for toilet facilities.

Costa is usually a great place to stop in on a cold day. Staff are very nice especially the manageress. Great selection of cakes etc. Seating area is clean AND so are the toilets. Would happily recommend

Not a place I would ever purchase food, as it is so expensive. Since the opening of an independent coffee approx 100 meters away, with better quality and pricing, I no longer tend to use Costa.

I find it hard to find fault with Costa in Kilmarnock. The coffee is always perfect, the cakes and toasties on offer are delicious. And the staff are always so polite and welcoming.

Costa coffee is centrally located in the town centre. The staff are all very friendly and attentive and well presented. Loved my hot chocolate and brownie Reserva una mesa ahora

I enjoy sipping on a large latte and indulging in a small cake while watching the world pass by on a lovely day, all while chatting with friends.

When out shopping feeling like a coffee wander up past the cross and you will find the coffee shop, you can also sit outside in nice weather
