Have been going to this costa regularly since it has opened but lately it has become more disappointing, the only thing that keeps us going back is .My husband loves a costa coffee. Unfortunately even that is disappointing as the dishwasher has been broken for at least three months. (All food and drink is in takeaway containers)This is only one of the faults as there was no hot food available today some days toilets aren't working and the card machine frequently is out of order. This costa is a very poor relation to all others in the area and with some time and effort it could be a flagship branch. Enjoyed the quietness of the place and the atmosphere. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the place is always clean and welcoming. The staff are really good to chat with as well, they are very busy with getting the orders out but they speak to you all the while. I love the way they are friendly and welcoming and also the place is clean and friendly, and tidy.
This restaurant appears worn-out and could use some renovations. The staff seem unmotivated and unengaged, with tables left uncleared and old napkins on the floor that were not attended to. Two large cups of tea priced at £5.20 should warrant a higher standard of service.
Very slow service. Making one single coffee at a time isn't the best way. Should be more efficient and multi tasking like all coffee shops do.

Initially, I enjoyed this restaurant. However, the WiFi has been down for a week now. Good news - as of December 23rd, they have WiFi again!
Best coffee around. Have always had a horrid experience with Starbucks. Always love the seasonal drinks (maple Hazel has been best to date)
Great atmosphere and space at this Costa. Almost TARDIS like when you venture through to the rear seating area. All the usual fare.
