Costa Coffee - Reserva de mesa

We arrived sometime just after 1pm and it was quiet enough that we had plenty of choices for seating. The slice of chocolate cake I had was huge and tasted lovely. The drinks were fine. We left sometime before 3pm but a long line had formed which was going out of the door by this point. Everyone was social distancing in the line so it possibly looked worse than it was. Nice quick service and nice relaxing first time out at a cafe since the beginning of the whole lockdown crazy

Shopped at Malvern retail park today, good selection of shops and super successful trip and treated myself to a bacon and a sausage roll with OJ and a fabulous medium latte with and extra shot ... They look so perfect in those tall glass beakers. Chilled out for 45 minutes with WiFi and then continued to shop, before hiking up Worcestershire Beacon..... great! The lady serving was so cheerful and efficient.... Would definitely go back and avoid McDonald's!!!

I stopped by this morning to get my usual morning coffee. There was only one girl working, both taking orders and making drinks, and the line was consistently 8-10 people long. She did a great job and remained composed under pressure, but I was disappointed to see Costa leaving a young employee to handle it all alone. Especially on a Saturday, the busiest day of the week. It seems like poor management on their part.

I stopped by Costa Café on Saturday, April 16, 2022 for a Cappuccino Cake, which cost £4.90. The service was good, and there was ample seating both indoors and outdoors. The menu prices were reasonable, and there was plenty of parking available. I recommend taking a stroll around the other businesses in the retail park as well. Reserva una mesa ahora

No obvious hand sanitiser around. Able to wash hands in bathroom though. Very visible cleaning regularly occuring at tables. I sat outside, very limited seating inside. Queued to get in, but not for too long given its a weekend. Drink good, communication could have been better.

I frequently visit this restaurant to work for a few hours before heading to the office. I enjoy starting my day with a delicious coffee and toast, and the staff is always friendly and the place is clean. It's the perfect way to start my day.

We went in twice over the weekend of 15/16th October. Service was really good on both occasions and coffee made to our awkward tastes. We had cake the 2nd day which was fresh and tasty. Worth a visit for a nice coffee and some cake.

Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Bit of a pain parking near it when people are queuing for Mcdonald drive through, as they block the road in and out during busy times. It's well worth using the app to order too. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great Xmas drinks, can be a bit chilly if the air con is turned up too cold.
