Been here a few times lately as the weather has been up and down. Asked for a hot chocolate large with a shot of caramel in, safe to say the flavour seems to be getting less and less just more milky. Staff rush around like headless chickens which resulted them in spilling drinks. Manager was not amused and asked them to slow down and concentrate.
I always pop in there before going home after I've enjoyed a long motorcycle ride and treat myself to an ice cold salted caramel frappe OMG they're delicious and the staff in there are very friendly and I get to park my motorcycle right outside next to where I'm seated out in the fresh air.. perfect!
Nice atmosphere and service with a smile. Excellent coffee as you would expect. Drops a couple of stars for food as a warmed up bacon bap and mediocre cake just doesn't do it for me but the super service more than makes up for it. hey ho, you can't have everything right?
Server was abrupt almost to the point of being rude. Then same person came almost immediately and swept the floor all around me, as if I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. It wasn't near closing time, and it was uncalled for. Reserva una mesa ahora
Its ok and much the same as all Costas. Sadly, tables not cleared and full of cups, plates, trays etc and a large number of laptop squatters taking up valuable customer spaces who sit all day with one coffee!!!!
Unfortunately when we went dishwasher was broken so we had our coffee in takeaway mugs .it doesn't taste the same .snakes are expensive but otherwise it was good
Regular stop for us posties whether taking industrial action or working. The girls work non stop and are always smiling and very pleasant. Great coffee shop
