I usually enjoy visiting this Costa, but today I decided to take a nice morning walk instead. Unfortunately, the walk turned out to be disappointing as I was looking forward to a caramel frappe with coffee and no cream, but received a caramel frappe without coffee instead. Despite this, I continued on my way home. Upon arriving home, I settled into bed, looking forward to enjoying my croissant. However, after taking the first bite, I realized it was stale. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and took another bite, only to find that it was also stale. I reluctantly finished my bite, but unfortunately choked on it and had to spit it out into the bag with the rest of the croissant. I am disguste...
I had a voucher from the Costa app for £2 off food, and when I scanned it, the discount was reflected in the price. However, I was informed by the staff that the franchise owner does not accept this specific voucher. Despite this, the till system still deducted the voucher amount from the total. I was buying a large coffee along with the food item, which would have cost me just under £8. Feeling frustrated, I decided to leave without making a purchase. I frequent this Costa branch almost daily and usually spend between £6-£10 each time. Due to this experience, I will not be returning as a customer. It's disappointing to lose a loyal customer over just £2.
I had never visited this Costa Coffee before. It was dirty and dark, the tables, chairs, and small sofa were old and unkempt. There was only one young man serving, but he did a good job. The tea was only lukewarm. The place could use a renovation.
Terrible service not much choice of food could not understand the new assistant who should have been properly trained before being expected to serve customers in such a busy shop you need to sort your staff out

Food and drink is nice but they consistently forget items if you order from Deliveroo or other delivery couriers. I've ordered from them multiple times and they miss out at least one item every time.
Both customer toilets were blocked so we had to leave to find another loo for the children use.
Some of the nicest staff work here they do the best oat flat whites ever!
It's a nice place to grab a drink and meet some friends

Friendly staff, clean and tidy, parking is an issue.
