Costa Coffee At Odeon

Waited a loooooong time to be served then for my order to be made. Staff happy to chat and do pointless tasks (like clear one table in an empty cafe) whist the orders stacked up. Bonkers.

Young staff serving were very friendly, especially young fair headed man with glasses on the till he didn't have a name badge but was very polite, helpful and understanding Well done!

Nothing like a Costa lunch at this branch. Never seems to be a queue drinks are provided quickly and food is well cooked. Staff are always attentive smart and shop always clean.

Typical Costa with good coffee, and tea. Their cakes and snacks are as in all Costa Coffee Shops but that is fine as all are tasty and a nice range to be had.

Called for coffee which was as good as ever. Had the new cake which was delicious! Plenty of seating and nice and clean too.
