Rude Member Of Staff Costa Media City 5th Dec 2022 1pm. I don't know the member of staffs name but it was a female with with a pony tail and glasses around 20 years old. I came in for a Ginger Bread Latte and then the member off staff started being rude when I asked for the Ginger Bread Man that is advertised and comes included with the drink. The member off staff was being rude and pathetic arguing that the very small Ginger Bread Man wasn't included even though there is tv sized screens advertising the drink with a Ginger Bread Man. I've been coming to this Costa on multiple occasions over the years. A small, well lit environment with good internet connection and good coffee which makes it ideal to work in . The st This visit concerns my most recent visit 1/1/2023. The place was overran with customers, with 2 baristas (Sam and Olivia) left to deal with the rush of customers and manage the restaurant. . The place is great and coffee good, and on other occasions this has not been the case. Would recommend people visit this cafe however.

I had taken my friend's two boys (8 and 10) to the CBBC tour at Media City and as a final treat, we had drinks in Costa before catching the tram back to the railway station. One boy had a hot chocolate with all the creams, flakes and marshmallows on offer (I turned a blind eye, this was for his birthday treat) and the other had a cold drink and a chocolate muffin. The service was good and it was lovely to sit in the warmth as it had been a cold wind blowing.

The staff at this Costa Coffee were incredibly friendly, and the cafe was not only clean but very efficient when it came to taking our hot drink orders. I highly recommend this location as it offers a welcoming atmosphere. Reserva una mesa ahora

Visited nearby Lorry’s Mall and after some shopping had a cup of coffee at Costa with some tomatoe and cheese sandwich. We sat outside as it was windy and really enjoyed the weather with a hot black Americano

A colleague of mine and I stopped in to Costa during a walkabout on a Sunday afternoon in MediaCity UK and both had cappuccino's. The service was great as was the quality of the coffee. Comfy chairs as well!

As usual a good place to drop in for a coffee and a chat, but we had to clear our own table. It wasn't particulary busy. Service in general was a little slow given there were three staff behind the counter

A charming café. However, it closed early because of a lack of staff. Only drinks were served in to-go cups. They did clean the floor while we were there, but there was no wet floor sign. Reserva una mesa ahora

Very expensive for the sizes of the drinks could be a little cheaper but the what the prices whee still good drinks
