Costa Drive Thru - Reserva de mesa

Just queued 10mins to get to the bit where you place an order of medium latte and flat white extra shot. 15mins later when we got to the window, the young man serving repeated the order. Presented a card machine and took payment and presented one cup. When we didn't drive away he finally asked if we were waiting for anything else. In the meantime the female youth wearing the headset was having a great laugh.. oblivious to the fact that there was a long line of frustrated customers and numerous vehicles passing by and not stopping. Finally a flat white extra shot was delivered along with request for another payment. Just had a sip of my normally mellow latte and it's bitter and nasty... Guess...

DON'T STOP HERE. Very slow service. You will be better off parking at the service station, stretching your legs for 2 mins and picking up a drink somewhere else. Took over 20 mins to serve maybe 10 cars, one at a time. Once you join the queue, the curb is constructed in such a way that you cannot leave. I found it strange that the staff don't greet you from the ordering terminal, at first I thought it was broken, but they can hear you, they just don't say anything when you pull up. This was the first time I have ever tried a costa drive thru, and I won't be using one again. Also, £4.20 for a medium latte.... Just saying if you can afford that for bad service and a massive unnecessary delay t...

We flew through here this morning on Easter Monday! The young guy working at about 11 was just brilliant. He was very friendly and sweet. Not often anymore that you get someone who is happy doing this type of job! Well done you! Hope this gets to you!

Decent enough coffee, but may be the slowest drive thru in Surrey. Dont go if more than 2 cars are in front of you (you're stuck in lane once you commit). Park up at main services or go to wild bean at the bp as alternatives. Reserva una mesa ahora

Costa Drive Thru Clacket Lane! Was here yesterday (Saturday) and was served by James and Jed. These 2 are a credit to Costa! Kind, funny and friendly! Quick service and great quality drinks! Brilliant! Thank You!

I won't be returning here. It would have been faster to just pull into the parking lot and go inside. There were eight cars ahead of us when we arrived, and it still took more than 15 minutes. Totally ridiculous.

The eastbound drive-thru is consistently not open on time in the mornings. I arrived at 6:45, and it was still closed. However, the other side always opens on time.

There's a massive pothole on the drive out. Instant fast puncture, I had to reverse onto BP. Quite some expensive coffees you think? Reserva una mesa ahora

I'm not sure why there's a drive-thru when it's undeniably faster to just go inside the restaurant. Every. Single. Time.
