Amazing food! Amazing service (thanks to Ruben)! It was some of the best food I had in Texas. Our server, Ruben, recommended the perfect starter and meal. My staff and I were really happy and plan a follow-up trip while we're here. Drinks were constantly filled, everyone was attentive, and parking was easy. The Costa Mesa appetizer consists of mushrooms, onions, cheese and peppers. It is worth trying, but they have a great choice. Very recommended. Costs: (moderate/great value/large share)

Drinks were constantly filled, everyone was attentive, and parking was easy. the costa mesa appetizer is made of mushrooms, bevel, cheese and paprika. it is worth trying, but they have a great choice. highly recommended. cost: (moderate/great value/large share)

my wife and I now have a plan when we come to the south for the winter, we never eat twice in the same place, no matter what! we google art of food we are interested in and nothing less than 4.0 star reviews. costa rica messa, 4.3 stars on 513 reviews in our opinion it was worth each of these stars plus .7 more for 5 stars! great service, taste and price!

Came here with Family and had a Salad. Loved their Salads. It was Delicious! The waitress was very Friendly and took our orders real quick. Place was very Clean. Would recommend this restaurant to my Friends.
