I made an appointment to come here to change the tire. The staff said that it would be ready in about an hour and a half, and then I went to costco to shop. It has been 2 hours since I came out, and no staff called me. So I went to inquire and they said there was no key to unlock the wheels. Then I was very angry and asked him why he didn't call me. He argued that he did, but the truth was not. I'm really very angry. This is the first time I changed tires at Costco. I didn't expect to encounter such a thing. I like Costco its has just about everything except i think is the most important thing for any business if any business wants there customers to return well it must show some type of life in the customer service arena,bad news for Costco. No such thing at Costco everything thing else they have but not one sign of life when it comes to customer service you feel like your all alone trying to get some helpi guess I shouldn't e expect too much sad I think not just Costco all over
So convenient having my optometrist inside of Costco. I got my exam and walk 10 ft to order my contacts at Costco prices. Giselle was really helpful and prompt. As for the store it’s like any Costco, busy. I did notice they have a self-checkout now. My only critique is for the shoppers themselves. The cart return is like a 15 second walk so why not use them?!?! I guess you can say that about any store in general.

I waited 30 minutes and got 2 raw, inedible pizzas. When I was in the queue, I saw the worker hacking the pizza with his pizza cutter because he stuck on the pan and ruined his shape. With more accurate inspection, it driped in fat and it was possible to taste and feel the raw, unbaked flour. I'm very disappointed at Costco's Food Court because I paid good money and even waited long.
The food is great, but the wait is unacceptable. I sat here for nearly an hour before I finally got my pizza. The lines on weekends are long, and you also have to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to cook your pizza. I recommend opting for takeout instead.
The food is excellent, but it would be better if she actually adhered to the closing time listed on her hours sign, which states 6 PM. It might be a good idea to update it to 10:30 PM or whatever time suits her.
Chicken bake and pizza very good for a short price we stay eating good here for 5 bucks or less I straight get full with the chicken bake very good place people should go more ?

I tried to call but couldn't get through. I ordered a pizza and had to wait an hour to receive it! And when it finally arrived, it was burnt. What a disappointing experience.
it sucks plz work on being nice to the people god the pizza is lowkey good tho out like better foods oh also u should have cool monthly foods aiming to the holidays yk
