The restaurant primarily focuses on steak using Korean cooking methods, but that's pretty much where the Korean influence ends. The side dishes and Korean soups tasted far from authentic, with a heavily Americanized flavor. The kimchi was sweet, the kimchi jigae was bland, and overall, the dishes were nothing special. However, the meat was fantastic - they really nailed it as a steakhouse, except for the Cote Flatiron, which was just terrible. It had a weird marinade with a fishy taste that was off-putting.

Juicy chicken thigh and drumsticks surrounded by a crispy breading and paired with a spicy chili sauce *chef's kiss*. This was one of the best one michelin star restaurants that I've been to period. Located in Miami, COTE transports you not into a restaurant but a culinary experience the moment you walk in. From the host to waiters, the entire staff greets you with a warm southern hospitality. The restaurant offers a butcher's feast which is $68/person with unlimited sides and a tour of top notch steak cuts. Our server was excellent in grilling and guiding us through this entire journey. I will definitely recommend anyone else to come experience this fantastic dining experience!
Best dinner we had in Miami bar none. Steak n Eggs appetizer is a must order. We had the butchers feast and did the A5 upgrade. Even though it's only an Oz it's very worth it! The stews were great though the soybean stew could use some more fermented soybeans for a stronger flavor. Non alcoholic cocktail The Downtime was fantastic. Service is incredible as expected. Super high end trendy Korean bbq with great DJs yes that's a thing! Tucked away in the design district Cote is probably one of the only Michelin starred Korean bbq restaurants. Excellent cocktail and wine list. But more importantly very high quality meats that are seasoned and grilled table side by your attentive server. Great vibe inside feels almost 80s themed.
Great experience! We did the 68$ pp option and the cuts were so great! The flavor was amazing. Our server was knowledgeable, fun and made it a great time for us! Definitely a go to if in Miami man
