I'm very disappointed with the customer service since the change in ownership. They misunderstood my girlfriend's order, and when she returned to address the issue, the same cashier treated her condescendingly, almost as if she were a child. Even if they couldn’t take back the original box, they should have simply made a new order, especially considering how inexpensive it is for them to remake a set of potato tacos. The misunderstanding was clearly the cashier's fault, particularly with the loud music playing like it's a nightclub. Fish taco pretty good -What you would expect. Bean cheese burrito pretty good. However my complaint is they automatically stuff every order into a plastic bag regardless of whether you’re eating in or out. Also the fish taco came in a huge Styrofoam box. Come on people do we really need to generate so much plastic trash? Why not just use some wax paper like you do with the burritos? And if the customer needs a bag, then just ask if they need it or not. So much freaking trash comes out of these fast food Mexican places- it’s un believable. Like the little salsa cups. I remember when most Mexican food places just had a regular salsa dispenser bottle that you could use.
I used to really enjoy this place, but my recent experience was disappointing. The girl at the counter was very rude to me. I ordered a burrito, and when she accidentally dropped it on the floor, she didn't apologize; instead, she just said they would make another one, but with a really unpleasant attitude. I ended up waiting longer for my replacement burrito, and when I asked for hot sauce, she had an unhelpful attitude about it. When I finally got home with my California burrito, it only had French fries and cheese in it. I tried to reach the manager, but he was apparently unavailable. Thanks for the $11 order of French fries!

I drove from Mission Viejo for my son's football game against La Costa Canyon last night. It was just up the street from the school. The fish tacos were awesome and the al pastor was pretty good. I washed it down with a good tasting horchata. I will be coming back!!
I arrived at 5:30 on a Thursday to an empty restaurant. The doors were open, but there was no one inside. I waited for about 5 minutes, calling out "hello," but no one ever came to assist me.
Always come here every time I'm in town. I wish they could mail me burritos in Minnesota!! I miss the taste of San Diego. I miss the taste of home. And this is it!
