yesterday, 25. april 2019 anzac day, we celebrated a birthday in cott and co fish bar. we went to lunch. we asked for a table near the window, but they were told that they were all reserved, although no reserved signs on them. we were presented with a menu; but not said it was a tapas. the mains were written on a board that we could hardly read. we didn't like the nice thing that came with the fish, so asked if we could have others. the waitress said we could. but when the food came out, we got the kind we didn't want. when we frightened on the waiting line, the waitress said that she could not remember that we could have different vegetables....read more
Went here for lunch on a Sunday, nice spot but the food is simply over priced, average quality pub food. Two of us had the Whiting, which turned out to be 70% oily batter 30% fish, the salads we shared were bland and poorly put together. The other mains, prawns (4 for $30, no salad, simply 4 prawns) and a risotto didn’t hit the spot either. At roughly $30 a main, plus desserts and coffees, $200 for 4 for lunch is easily done, add a few drinks and this is not a cheap spot, we live locally but wouldn’t bother again, they must make most of their income from passing beach visitors,pubs charging for below average food like this are happily disappearing.
the service was amazing and the eating was excellent the children pasta was absolutely divine. it was very full and so delicious, the pasta was the best pasta I have ever eaten. the waiters were amazing, martin was the best waiter I ever had in my life, so fantastic, funny, interactiw, humorous and social. I hope they enjoy this review.
The service at Cott and co is amazing. The ambience is nice as well. My table ordered the crab pasta, seafood stew, oysters, ceviche and the grill fish. The oysters and ceviche was so fresh and flavourful. My only comment would be the pasta and stew, it could be made better. As it the food was decent but it could be done better.

Cottesloe is almost deserted on this mid-week winter’s day, as we watch waves crash against the groyne and rain clouds blow in from across the churning ocean. Sure, it’s not a picture-postcard sunny day, though it’s equally stunning. We take cover at one of Marine Parade’s stalwarts – The Cottesloe Hotel.
the price and structure of price design is absolutely ridiculous, so they have the barramundi for example, the $33 on its then add $9 for a herbal side and then add $6 for chips, so they pay almost $50 for a meal. beer is too expensive $13 a pint expensive in wa had 2 beers and went out of hunger
This is a lovely fish restaurant overlooking Cottesloe Beach. The menu is creative the food is delicious. The service throughout was faultless.
Dunno what it's like for normal meals, we went in on a Monday noon for some late lunch cuz friends were visiting from the east coast.
