I’ve been coming here for about a year now and so I have enough experience to leave a fair rating. When the pizza is good, it’s very good. However, there seems to be a lot of inconsistency from order to order. Previous pizzas have been on the undercooked side, and now I know to request it to be made well done. Last night I ordered the Buffalo ranch chicken pizza and it was very underwhelming. It didn’t even have any Buffalo flavor to it at all, and the ranch flavoring was very muted. This pizza is delicious! We were in Chelsea for one night and had it delivered to our hotel. It was super fast (on a Monday night so maybe not super busy but I would wait 2 hours for this pizza, if necessary) the pizza was piping hot and perfectly cooked. I love Chicago deep dish but Detroit deep dish has all the bells and whistles and you don’t need a knife and fork to eat it. The crust can stand on it own but not so crispy it cuts your mouth. Being in Michigan for a short time, it was awesome ordering a Jet's pepperoni pizza and being blown away! It had been years and it was so awesome to say that it was better than l remember. Also- they gave us plates, parm,peppers, and napkins(not too many) without asking. I believe they knew they were coming to out hotel and were just considerate. Thanks for dinner Chelsea's Jet's

We ordered pizza to feed our kids while playing at the local park. The customer service was above and beyond. They made sure to include plates, silverware, napkins, and were incredibly polite and informative. Management should be very proud of their staff.
