Cottage Inn Pizza Downtown Lansing

I work in the inner city of lansing mi. Earlier the cottage was pretty good inn, but lately it's terrible. I put my order at 11:38 clock to eat in the position lunch between 12-12:30 clock. at 12:28 I called to find out where my food was. it was not ready that I spoke to the manager chris and he said that the computer was just caught and it would be another 20 minutes for delivery. no good way to make business that are terrible. the last time we order from there, the pizza of my associate was wrong. for the first time, for the second time, the third time, nope will not be one.

Had to wait 30 mins for a pre order, said it would be ready at 9:20, git there and it hadn't even been pulled up from the online orders. There was one other person there waiting on a small pizza. They were not busy.

Don't try to use a gift card online for delivery, because it doesn't work and they will show up with your food just to tell you that your payment didn't go through and that you have to go into the store to use it.

I went to the Washington Square location tonight; the food was great the staff was even better. The people I talked to seemed so genuine very sweet, amazing service.

very good pizza and cheese bread. order was easy and delivery was prompt. the marinosauce is really good. recommended!
