Disappointing Experience: Zero Customer Service for KidsI recently visited with my family, and what started as a fun outing quickly turned into a disheartening experience for my 9-year-old daughter. She accidentally dropped her ice cream shortly after purchasing it, I sent her to the counter to politely ask for a replacement, thinking it would be a valuable opportunity to teach her about self confidence. However, what followed shattered her newfound courage. The staff at the ice cream shop politely informed her that store policy is to not replace the ice cream cone. As a parent, witnessing the impact this had on my child's confidence was truly disheartening. It is common knowledge that kids are prone to accidents, and a positive response could have turned this incident into a teachable moment, encouraging resilience and understanding.Unfortunately, this particular establishment failed to recognize the importance of customer service, especially when it comes to young patrons.I feel compelled to share this experience with other potential customers, to be aware of the kind of service one can expect. In conclusion, if you are looking for a place that truly cares about its customers, especially children, I urge you to consider other options.Rating: (One Star)
