Cotto Espresso - Hyde Park

Cotto Espresso have just introduced their latest food concept to their Hyde Park store the Panineria and Tempting Palates were invited to create our own panini! The Panini is an Italian version of a toastie but with all the style and flare of Italian flavours it sounds and tastes much better! Cotto's panineria lets you customise your panini just the way you like it with a variety of ingredients and bread options to choose from. Simple, quick and easy!

Cotto Espresso is currently rolling out its panineria across all its stores, with Hyde Park their latest one. Owners Nicholas Cioffi and Francesco Cerere, who began the business 10 years ago, say the panineria was born out of their own experience of sitting around a table with their family, sharing freshly made bread, cured meats, cheeses and marinated vegetables.

Cotto has always been somewhere i have dropped into for a quick coffee, i haven't eaten the food so cant comment but unfortunately the coffee is very hit and miss, sometimes perfect other times extremely bitter. I do have almond milk here and i do find if not done right the almond milk goes very bitter- saying that when done well the coffee is fantastic!

The introduction of the panineria at select Cotto Espresso stores has proven a real success with further rollouts occurring at their remaining stores. The latest to be renovated is the Hyde Park store, where Adelaide Food Central, and other invited guests, had the opportunity to make our own paninis. All food and drink were provided free of charge. 'Our panini, your way ' was the tag line that piqued our interests and beckoned us to attend the launch of the Hyde Park Cotto Espresso Panineria. Following the explosive success of the stores, surely five panineria 's are better than four? And we were invited to find out, thanks to Cotto who kindly provided all hand crafted panini 's and drinks.

Pretty good for the quick bite and good coffee that won't let you down. Handy place on the corner and staff always friendly. They also have a variety of fresh juices that will go down well and not bust your wallet. I recommend trying it if your around the area.

So glad I visited Cotto. It's like Cibo but better. The staff care about your experience, the food is better quality and the environment is nice. And coffee is excellent. Always enjoy my coffee break here.

Been here on a few occasions when I'm in Adelaide and down at Hyde park. I have only tried the coffee and fresh juices which were both perfect. Next time I'm around I will checkout the menu and update Reserva una mesa ahora

Great coffee. Friendly service and quite a good quality food menu for a cafe. Free wifi available.
