that was our third time in restaurant cotton for the abitur of my daughter of ulm. definitiw not the best experience. the first two visits were absolutely incredible; from the cocktails (the blueberry funnel,) the waiting staff and the eating was excellent! tonight we were a party of 11. the waiter was very polite, but could not get our order right. eating was wrong, like the drink order. we ordered a small chicken dinner, and he brought a hamburger (because they were from the chicken) would have told us before the burger was running, as the child was under 2 and the burger was not a good option, so was not eaten. the soaking order was completely wrong, brought out three false drinks that we...
very disappointed by the service. it was 9:30 reservation for after the conclusion. they confirmed at 5:30 o'clock. I said when we run late, they let them know because they close at 10. some of our party are around 9 there. they began to ask where the rest of the party was because they closed at 9:30 o'clock. we're all here before 9:30. there was no one and they pushed us all the time. could be better treated in the burger compound. very disappointing. the food was solid, nothing special. Thursday evening and no one there packed with neighboring places. Maybe they want to try to find out why this is.
no greetings at the door. waited until someone came from office to the right to put us. people in bare seam to have good time. 1 other tabl had gassed. after sitting they get hot cookies and butter. until after 3or4othee guests sat and got theren. grouping them a little over boiled, but good. the vinison of my wife. was over and tuff and dry. it was her birthday. I am a local barber of 35 years and had high expectations. letdown. but on a good news. Your cookies were great, and the duck-fries were also.
The food was good, particularly the black eyed pea soup with collards. I thought the fish special was a little bland it could have used more seasoning to jazz it up. I loved, loved, loved the french 75 cocktail it was one of the best cocktails I've ever had I would return just for that. We were a little disappointed in the service. Our waiter seemed to be pretty inexperienced, although he did try hard.

Try the duck wraps as a starter or your dining experience will not be complete. This dish wraps texture flavor into a great appetizer. Shrimp grits one of the best I have had and I have tried a number of them throughout the South.
Wanted our daughter and her husband from out of town to eat the best food around. They loved the entire experience. Said next time in town, that is the only place they want to go back to.
I'm so glad that Monroe has this restaurant. Definitely the best spot in the area. Delicious appetizers, entrees, desserts, wines, and cocktails. Also in a very cool building in Monroe.
I have enjoyed dining at Cotton a few times and each time the service and food keeps getting better. The atmosphere is always warming and welcome. You can't go wrong with Cotton.

for the wonderful brunch on Mother's Day. disappointed that the menu for the day has been changed. will go again, but will first check the menu.
We were staying at Hamilton House and Tonya suggested Cotton. It was awesome. Gnocchi and grilled snapper were outstanding.
