"The restaurant claims to be open 24/7, so I drove 15 minutes at night only to find a handwritten sign saying "temporarily closed." It was frustrating, especially since the employee was inside the store. Very disappointing."

Overall, the customer service here is awful! I've been to this store several times since it’s close to my home. Most of the staff are unfriendly or even rude. Once, I politely told an employee that the candy I just bought was as hard as a rock and asked for a refund. He seemed completely uninterested and said there was nothing he could do. I was shocked by his lack of concern and mentioned that this was very poor customer service. Unexpectedly, the angry cashier then pushed me, threatened to harm my mother, and demanded that I leave the store. I strongly recommend avoiding this place; it’s definitely not worth your time or money.

This store is constantly missing essentials—no milk, no coffee cream, no coffee cups, no bread. There’s always some excuse. They claim to sell ready-to-eat food, but every time you visit, it’s unavailable. The guy at the counter says the manager instructed them not to prepare any. Not only is something always missing, but the staff at the register are incredibly rude, often distracted on their phones, socializing with friends, and smoking cigarettes. They never have answers for any questions. It’s a really unpleasant experience.

If possible, I would give zero stars! This place is false advertising. I picked up a bag of hotdog buns priced at $4.99, but when I was about to pay, the cashier told me it was $7.00, even though the price on the shelf clearly said $4.99. She just said it was the wrong price. As a consumer, how are we supposed to know the correct price? I ended up paying $7.00 but will be filing a complaint with the Quebec Consumer Protection Office. On top of that, the staff had a terrible attitude. Consumers should not be treated like this.

I don’t really need to write a review since it seems like everyone feels the same way, but honestly, for a place that's supposed to be open 24/7, I've never actually been able to step inside. I live right across the street and thought the place was abandoned. I can't comment on the service because I've never had the chance to walk in. I really don't know how you’re still in business.
