I waited 25 minutes for large chips and spicy rice. The customer service was really good, staff were friendly and the restaurant looked cleaned and inviting. However, waiting 25 minutes for a serve of chips and rice while the dining area is empty is pathetic. Food was good but wouldn't recommend unless you're happy to wait. We had a delightful visit to Nando's, enjoying a fantastic meal complemented by the excellent service from Pravesh. He was courteous and took the time to check in with us, ensuring everything met our expectations. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$80–100
