Great dining experience. Small downside however for the waitresses, certainly friendly, but who give the impression of having just left hotel school. The finishes (floor, walls, doors) of the entrance to the restaurant and the toilets do not correspond, or more, to the standard of this recently three-star establishment. With what impatience we waited for this wonderful dinner. Dream became reality. A real culinary ecstasy. Flavours so far unknown... Thanks for this delicious moment. Everything was perfect as much as hospitality, service, kindness of staff. And the possibility of having been able to greet Chef Alexander just before leaving. A thousand times MERCI!
Thank you to the chief, his wife and all the staff for this unforgettable moment. The setting, service and wines are at the level of this cuisine of products from the island! Difficult to express with words the pleasure we have taken to taste this menu. Bravo and long life in La Marine!
