I've tried and tried to give this place my business. But every time. While using the drive thru. I get not what I ordered! Happened again today. The first time I was told you don't have what I wanted. Then the second time I'm told you only sell it on the weekend. Then I'm told that your sold out. Know today it's the old switch aru. I ordered two donuts, you got it half right. The only reason you got two stars. Is because even though the service is terrible. The donuts, even the wrong ones I got today, are good! It's just disappointing not getting what you wanted!
Don’t believe the reviews. Gross. Dirty. Dank and musty. Gnats everywhere. Floors were literally COVERED in some sort of sticky substance. Just disgusting. Also, photos are extremely outdated. No lights were on inside, and indoor seating was blocked off with donut boxes and messy tables. Outdoor seating not an option; no tables or chairs and weeds/bugs everywhere.
I send my husband this morning to get some donuts, because I tasted it when my Co- worker purchased it in Elgin area it was very good, but the One that my husband bought this morning in this store its Like a plain donuts, so can see it in the picture. I dont know if its old or what ever my kids Not even touch One. Very disappointed here!
how did this place get good reviews? we went there for the first time in the morning because of these good reviews. omg the place was disgusting? floors, tables and chairs were all dirty. I asked a girl to work there to delete the table, she was wiping with a disgusting towel that made it worse. bad customer services about it.

Wow we picked up some donuts for church this morning and they were just phenomenal. Everyone that tried just said they were just so fresh!!! We would definitely recommend this donut shop. Support small business!
this donut shop is just great. I love it when they make fresh donuts all day! I was random times and ask for warm donut and delivered them. had simply the best warm paczki or something lol.
Great, ice cream only served in 2 scoops as the largest. Should offer a quart size for the ice cream but the Donut selection was very good. Fresh.
I'm here several times and I've never been disappointed. their donuts are very good and their paczkis are even better

Hands down the best red velvet donuts in Illinois!! Don’t go anywhere else for amazing and variety of donuts!
These donuts are delicious....not oily like some. The coffee is great too.
