Dinner on Thursday night, I don't find this food chain at all to my taste. The staff is friendly and pleasant but food question I find it very medium...!I took a rib of beef, I wanted to bleeding it almost blue and on the roasted part there were burnt residues...We have to think about cleaning the grid from time to time (especially that we were among the first customers)! With the final closure of the kingersheim grill buffalo, we opted for the Wittenheim shorts.Very good surprise of this new establishment.
