Terrible experience. We came through the drive thru, ordered our sandwiches. Mine shouldn't be a Mayo because I have a food allergy. When we came to the window and our food was handed over, I said the club has no Mayo, right? I was sure it was right. Drove home, open sandwich, Boom Mayo on sandwich. I was back in the car with my husband, went back, the lobby was closed so we drove to the window. I've been knocking on the window for a few minutes. A little blonde came into the window. My husband gave her the sandwich and said it had Mayo. There should be no Mayo because my wife has a food allergy. She immediately told us that she made the sandwich and that it wasn't wrong and that it wasn't M...
I went to this Cousins location because it was convenient to my office location and they had a drive thru which is nice when you are in a hurry. I wanted to take back to my office and eat. The staff was nice and friendly. I ordered a Italian Special with the hot pepper relish, which Is my go to sub, but on this occasion, it was not up to par. The bread was hard and crusty, almost like it was sitting out overnight. And some of the meat was very tough and fatty. Not a pleasant eating experience. I may try one more time to see if it is any better. Update: I was contacted by the supervisor and she personally apologized for the poor quality. She promised to make it right. Thank you!
Went in here twice. Ordered the same thing: Chicken Cheddar Deluxe, no onions, to go. Both times the place was empty of customers, both times they've given me onions on the sub. This isn't rocket science. If it were busy, maybe I could see a mistake like this happening, but both times I was literally the only person at the counter. Both times I was attended by younger employees who seemed less than attentive. This time there were less onions, but this looks more like they started giving me onions, remembered, and rather than clean them off, continued with making the sub. Not going there anymore, plenty of other establishments on that road that are cheaper anyways.
The food is great and they don 't mess up very often. I have noticed in the past couple of months that some of the crew isn 't as nice as they used to be or maybe they have new crew members. The wait times are long especially through the drive thru but I totally understand why they are and it would be easier to accept the wait times if the crew were nicer, they don 't say anything like it 's going to be just a bit or thank you for waiting and it would be great if they gave you your sodas while you wait for your order. I gave this subshop a 2-star rating, as the staff was so friendly, warm and happy, but the sub on my first attempt will be my last! Bread reminded me of beautiful solid baquette roll. dry/hard and thin.. no soft gooey bread love JS! The Italian sandwich I could say most was the Provolone cheese the best part. Limited salad over all weak sad as you see the locations around! I won't return.
Food was good. PRICES TAXED. read or ask the price before you pay. They charge more here than. Any other cousin subs I?ve been to. Somehow it?s a ?convenient? 11$ flat for the sandwich I ordered....looked at the receipt and yep the sandwich costs a lot more here. Check before you go. Possibly worth driving farther.
We are so used to getting out, but we ate during this last visit inside.... my goodness, her food so good when it's fresh.... I mean, it's always good, but a hot sub directly from the grill is hard to beat. We eat a lot here and I can't remember ever having a bad experience.
