Cousins Subs - Reserva de mesa

I want to begin by saying that I am a fan of Cousins Subs. However, this particular location is disappointing. Ever since they relocated to their new, attractive building, the service has been subpar. It is impossible to order online, and if you do manage to place an order, you can expect to wait because they only have one person working. This has been the worst service I have experienced from a fast food establishment in recent memory. There are plenty of other dining options in the area, so I suggest avoiding this location until they improve their service management.

Do not visit this restaurant during dinner time. The staff seem to be either understaffed or poorly trained. When I arrived at the drive-thru, both cars in front of me left without ordering. I should have taken it as a warning and left as well. Despite the cars leaving, I decided to stay and was told to wait for a moment. After waiting for 7 minutes with no sign of the worker returning and no movement from the cars ahead of me, I decided to leave.

4 employees, 2 customers in store, plus occasional drive thru. 10 mins waiting for sub until I reminded a very disinterested employee about my order. She then made it, but moved so slowly, without any sorry for the delay. Doesn't seem at all interested in this job. Not that she has to be but you have customers. I used to own a coffeehouse, so I know its hard to get consistent help...

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, thanks to the girl with the pink hair in the drive-thru who really brightened my night. She had a great attitude and the service was excellent. The food was even better than I expected. I'm so happy to be able to write this positive review after some challenging interactions in the service industry. Definitely worth a visit! After 25 years of eating Cousins Cheesesteaks they are still the best ever. Iv been living in Florida for years and every time I'm back in Milwaukee the first two things I do is get a Cousin's Cheesesteak and then a fish fry. I wish that someone would open a franchise in West Palm Beach because driving 1300 miles for a sub is getting harder to do....lol

Manager was nice and didn't over heat our Mac and cheese because she saw we had kids about to eat it. However after asking for no veggies they still put veggie on my sub. The manager offered to fix it then charged me for a replacement sub. Finally the new auto soda/flavor machines don't have mello yellow.

For a midnight snack. I never had a bad experience with cousins subs. I like their subway. The bread of the underground always tastes like yeast. I also had some bad experiences with Subway. I'm going out to get cousins over the subway!!

I placed my pick-up order ahead of time but ended up waiting in the drive-through for 25 minutes along with everyone else because the restaurant's lobby was closed. There should have been a better way to prevent this inconvenience. Reserva una mesa ahora

I have been a regular at this restaurant for years, as I live nearby. It is always clean, friendly, and consistently provides good quality food.
