Cousins Subs - Reserva de mesa

I recently visited this location and the customer service was horrible. I ordered online and expected my order to be ready on arrival. I get there and not only is my order not ready but the worker has a very obvious attitude. I received no hello orthank you . After she finally packed my order there were also missing items. No apology for any of this. I am seriouslyconsidering never visiting this location again. Please teach your employees how to properly do their jobs and basic customerservice skills. Maybe even hire people that live nearby.

Good food and good service. I ordered takeout and when I went in my order was ready, they just had to drop my fries which only took a few minutes. Good service, clean bathroom and the lids and napkins were fully stocked. My hot food was hit and cold food was cold and it?s exactly how I wanted it.

Just went here to grab some subs. Solid Cousins here. The inside is updated and nice and the service was fast considering there were only 2 people in line. Overall a nice spot. Just tougher to find since it?s located in the corner lot. Parking is tough since it?s shared with so many businesses.

Ordered a turkey sub no onions. Had onions no Mayo or tomato. Would not refund without bringing back however I could not as I was on a lunch break. I wouldn?t order from here again. The worst Cousins experience I?ve had. A word of advice checkyour sub before you leave. Reserva una mesa ahora

this WI-based regional sub-sandwich chain has been in business for several decades because its good subs with freshly baked broth and extensive quality selections. this location is valid for filling or exceeding the excellent standards of the cousins corporation.

Why this clerk rub her nose while taking my order and then hand me my receipt? No name tag on but moves like a turtle. Please train these people that wearing gloves and touching nose and face protect their hands but not customers

always a good support at this place. I like jimmy johns, jersey mikes milios subs better, but this is what is available in tosa’s village. good place for a short trip or a short walk for decent cheap dug! Reserva una mesa ahora

Cousins is the absolute best! Not subway, not any of the other ones, and it's not just because cousins is local. There is no comparison to cousins hands down!
