Cowabunga Coffee Roasters

Stopped by for a cold brew and was pleasantly surprised. It was a little hard to find the location because it's part of a complex and it appears that the turning point is the actual restaurant that the coffee shop is located within. Service was a bit slow, but it was be probably because it was a Saturday morning. We opted for the two cold brews and it included the coffee ice cubes, which was a nice addition since I hate watered down cold brew. I would have loved to try other things but it was just too busy to ask questions or anything in addition. If I am back in the area, I'll try again!

The coffee here isn’t freshly roasted. If you buy a bag, chances are it’s been sitting around for months. This makes Cowabunga just another second-wave coffee shop, no different from Starbucks. If you’re looking for fresh roasted beans, you might want to keep looking, as this place won’t meet your needs. Oh, and they also add flavorings, which are essentially artificial scents.

Better than Starbucks, but the wait for your order is the same. Ironically each time I have ordered from there the workers always forgot to make at least 1 of the items ordered. Extremely crowded on the weekends, so don’t order from there if your in a rush!

Do not order a cappuccino here. For a coffee roaster it was a joke. There are better cappuccinos for cheaper. The espresso shot didn't seemed to have been tamped properly. The froth was not uniform. Over all terrible no character to it. Reserva una mesa ahora

I really enjoyed the ambiance of this coffee shop. I ordered an iced latte with salted caramel, and it was fantastic. The barista was incredibly kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this coffee shop!

Terrible cappuccino. I could tell that the barista didn't tamp well. The foam was not how it should be. Couldn't tell if the cappuccino was as smooth as it should be. Coffee in it felt burnt.

Friendly service, GREAT coffee, and they do coffee cubes for ice so your iced coffee doesn’t get watered down as it melts.
