There are times when you truly understand the quality of a restaurant when something goes awry. This was the case for us at Crab and Lobster when we had a problem with one of our dishes. The staff handled the issue with great professionalism and efficiency, ensuring that our dining experience was not compromised. Despite this hiccup, the replacement dish and the other courses were excellent. We were impressed by the way the staff handled the situation and would not hesitate to recommend Crab and Lobster to others. The staff's exceptional service truly made our visit enjoyable.
Absolutely gorgeous restaurant, feels like you're on holiday in Cornwall or something. Fun, great atmosphere, awesome jazz playing not too loud so you could comfortably talk. Amazing selection of seafood and lots of different things to choose from. FREE BAR SAUSAGES... need I say more. Can't wait to go back.
No 1 quirky restaurant in North Yorkshire. Not just for a treat, it is great any time. Varied menu but the seafood is the best. Friendly staff and attentive service.
