Cracker Barrel Old Country Store.

The front desk seated 3 tables before us after being told we were next in line. One seated after 45 minutes our server, Whitney, was good at serving and keeping up with us. We waited about 45 minutes for our food and a guy in a blue shirt came over and gave us biscuits and said these are free due to the food not being out yet and “your ticket is first and the kitchen is getting up to get your food out”. Once we waited another 20-30 minutes we decided to leave due to three other tables getting their food before us when we were there well before them. No apology by management for this experience and carelessness.

Food was cold when served. The lobby area is so crowded it is a fire hazard. No way could people get out in a timely fashion with do much junk in the lobby. I have not had good food the last 3 times in the Danville store.

Food was great, service was horrible. Catering order for over 300 and no one offered to help me pack the food out. Lady with the microphone acted like I was an inconvenience.

The waitress Kim W is a very caring and kind waitress she is always smiling when she comes to your table. God bless her I wish more waitress had her personality

The meatloaf was good and hot. The mashed potatoes were cold and dry. The pinto beans were cold!
