Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We've eaten here 3 times in the last 2 months after sporting events at the HS every time has been trying. They are out of certain foods what they have is dry,over cooked, salad is the core of the lettuce head,out of cron muffins, Mac cheese so dry it was unbeatable. Probably our last time here. This is an updated review from 2 months ago. In August 2023 it was great. I believe they've had a change in management. I don't see see the lady manager that that was so good anymore.

I tried to call my order in phone rang for 5 minutes before I gave up. Upon arrival I asked why the phone was not working because they were not busy no waiting line all they could do was blame someone else even though both people up front just standing there doing nothing. Also my to go order had no utensils so I guess they think we should eat with our hands then.I will not return after this Service: Take out

We ordered our food. Sat for almost an hour for our food. It finally came out and was all cold. Really?? You can do better than that. We won't be back to this location. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Good service good food but sometimes they are out of exactly what you wanted....and apparently so did everyone else lol.
