First of all the hostess needs lots of training. Took her forever to come to the hostess stand. Walked very slow and wouldn't speak up. She was not friendly and acted like she was inconvenience being there. While we're were sitting there waiting for our waitress, we watched her out run all the elderly people and they had to try and find their tables...and still was not friendly with anyone. Cayla needs to learn her job or work elsewhere. The waitress Hannah needs to be more attentive. I recently dined at Cracker Barrel in Trussville and had an outstanding experience thanks to the excellent service. Our server was fantastic! From the moment we sat down, he made us feel right at home with a warm and friendly greeting. The server was incredibly attentive, ensuring our drinks were always refilled and checking in regularly to see if we needed anything. He also provided great recommendations from the menu, and the food came out quickly and perfectly cooked. What stood out the most was his positive attitude and genuine care for our dining experience. Service must have been new or very inexperienced restaurant wasn't busy took long time to get drink order by then we were ready to place our order at the same time and it seemed to overwhelm the waitress. Hopefully she was new and is a quick learner cause no one was trying to help her.

I called my order in . I can’t see very well due to an eye issue. So I don’t use the computer order system. The lady taking my order was Rude. She was Very impatient with me. I didn’t get what I specified on my order. What a shame

We had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated by the hostess. We did not see her at all at first until a server came up to try and seat her and then the hostess family showed up, but my server was excellent. The food was A one.

Food was just okay. Service was nit very good. Started with the hostess and progressed over to the waitress. Neither payed much attention and hostess got guest number wrong. Waitress wasn't very attentive.

Had the new Bee sting chicken tenders and it was horrible, chicken was definitely frozen, was thin and tough, and the hot honey was just honey
