Ordered chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes, white gravy with extra gravy on the side. The gravy had a piece of thick plastic in it like it came of a frozen bag that the top was cut off of. Day manager came and precooked my meal. Then credited my meal off of our ticket. Waitress kept disappearing when we needed refills or napkins, etc. and she brought out stone cold biscuits. Waitress didn't smile once and we had to ask for silverware. We were traveling back to Columbia from Charlotte for an oncology appointment. My husband has brain cancer. Not what we expected from CB.
