We took my mom for her birthday dinner. It was a slow Wednesday night around 8pm. We were just really disappointed in the food. The hashbrown casserole was dry and had no flavor. It was like it had been microwaved and all the moisture removed. The okra was barely cooked and everything generally lacked taste and quality overall. It was enough that we all decided we would make another choice next time.
Sat down at around 2:15 never had a server come up to us other than one girl who got us our drinks and eventually came back to also get our order. Waited around 30 minutes for food and noticed every table but ours was getting food. Finally asked someone to check on our food and after a couple minutes saw the manager and staff pointing at our table so we just decided to leave. I wanted my breakfast:
Everything was great except my Dad ordered a meatloaf dinner and his meatloaf was ice cold but his sides were hot but our waiter was super nice and got my Dad a free dessert to take home to make up for it so it was an overall very good experience still and we will definitely go back soon!
Love to go here especially during the holidays it's so cozy with the Christmas decorations ans fireplace going. I will definitely be back soon before Christmas. Reserva una mesa ahora
I absolutely love ALL Cracker Barrel stores and restaurants…it's a lot of fun to look through the store before or after eating. The food is always delicious!
Had to wait 20 minutes for a server to take our order. 55 minutes later and still no food!!!! No mention or apology for time waiting. Got up and left.
Hostess was extremely rude. Our sever (Gwynn) was awesome though. Our food came out hot and was delicious.

They really scaled back in serving size but prices are higher. So now you pay more for less.
