No argument with the food or the prices, but bless their hearts, they have some serious staffing issues at this branch. We were seated, I waited 11 minutes, (I checked the time) for someone to wait on us. After literally the THIRD table that came in after us got waited on, I had to channel my inner-Karen and get up, walk to the hostess stand, and demand service. That 's pitiful. When you go out to eat, it 's not just to get fed, you want a decent experience, even at a moderately priced place. Maybe at least not being entirely irritated by being ignored with zero service would be a nice start, but one this particular Cracker Barrel was not up to delivering on that date. Service always seems stretched thin here, and I get it that it 's hard to get people, but there 's usually a fair number of people on the floor. Not knowing who has the table is an issue with management and training I 'm afraid. Getting tea refills tends to be challenging too, although after having demanded service, service while not stellar, was acceptable. I can handle acceptable, it 's not Tony 's after all, but I 'm far less inclined to stop at this particular Cracker Barrel in the future.
