I?ve always loved Cracker Barrel, expecting to eat good whenever I come here. My father and I were on a trip to Utah and stopped here for dinner- I ordered the Broccoli Cheddar Chicken with a salad, and my father ordered the Sunday Homestyle Chicken. The Broccoli Cheddar Chicken was really good, it was my first time trying it and I didn?t know what to expect but it ended up tasting really good; I would definitely get it again. The salads are also good, just typical salads. Although the meal was good, it did take a long time for the food to come out. Usually when I eat at Cracker Barrel the wait isn?t too long, but this Cracker Barrel took longer than expected for the food to come out. Overal...
I've now tried to order food from here three times. On December 1, 2022, at 2:00 PM, I made my first call. The line connected, but I was put on hold. When I called again, there was a lot of giggling in the background when someone finally answered. So, I decided to try ordering online. After about 10 minutes, I thought I was making progress, but when I clicked to pay, I was redirected to a blank page. I attempted it once more, only to get the same result again. I then called two more times, but the outcome was still the same. This all happened on a Thursday at 2:00 PM! Thankfully, I ended up going to Fire It Up BBQ across the street, and within 10 minutes, I was enjoying some fantastic BBQ.
I'm giving 4-stars to this Cracker Barrel location in Cartersville, GA, because our server, Adrian and the manager, Carlton were so kind to handle the issues we had with our order. The restaurant had been very busy but Adrian did the best she could do toprovide exceptional service... making errors right. We will return to this location when we're back in the area and hopefullywe'll have Adrian as our server again. Terrific manager! Carlton obviously is a great manager and that shows through whenemployees care. Yes I recommend this Cracker Barrel. It's much better than the location where I live!
Grace was truly a gem! After having a terrible experience at a store out of state, we were hesitant to return. However, after receiving a complimentary card via email, we decided to give our local branch a try. It turned out to be the best service we've had in a long time. My boyfriend ordered the trout while I opted for the cod, and both dishes were delicious. The service exceeded our expectations as well. We will definitely return and will always request Grace by name. Thank you for making our evening so much better!

This is the best Cracker Barrel I’ve ever been to! The food is fantastic. Whenever I’ve had an issue, it was addressed and resolved promptly. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Sue is especially sweet! As someone in a wheelchair, I sometimes struggle with tight spaces, but she always goes above and beyond to assist me. Jamie, the manager, is wonderful as well. It’s clear that he fosters a great atmosphere, as you can see how nicely the staff treats each other and the customers.
I had an incredibly disappointing dining experience at Cracker Barrel in Cartersville, GA. I spent $35 on a Brat-Rind dinner and pancakes, but it didn't meet my expectations at all. I ordered the meal through DoorDash, and the roast beef was undercooked, while the potatoes on the side were also subpar. I've dined out frequently, but I really don't understand what went wrong this time. Overall, it felt like a total waste of money.
I ordered a medium rare steak, but what I got was more like medium well. They're currently recooking my steak, but the wait has left the rest of my meal cold. Also, the server didn't bring out the apple butter until I had to remind her that we had ordered it.
We have found that CB has remained quite consistent over the years. Of course, we have noticed some changes due to the COVID-19 experience. Unfortunately, like many of our favorite restaurants, it hasn't made it through.

We always have a good experience at Cracker Barrel no matter where we go. But especially the one in Cartersville. I had the country fried steak and three sides my wife had pancakes with bacon and eggs.
The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was delightful, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
