I recently visited this place for brunch and had quite the experience. The food was impressive, earning a solid 4 out of 5. It was flavorful and satisfying, definitely worth the price range of $10 to $20 per person. However, the service left much to be desired, coming in at just a 2. Our server seemed overwhelmed and was not attentive, which really impacted the overall experience. As for the atmosphere, I would rate it a 3; it was decent but nothing extraordinary. Overall, while the food was enjoyable, the lackluster service and average ambiance may make me think twice about returning.

We had a less than satisfactory experience about a week ago, as some of our food was overlooked and the quality wasn't great. However, we returned today and spoke with Frankie, the manager, who sincerely apologized for the previous issue. He offered us today's meal for free and ensured that our food was prepared correctly. Thank you for addressing our concerns in such a thoughtful manner!

The restaurant offers Southern comfort food with some healthy options available. The grilled chicken is particularly tasty, but the meatloaf is not a standout dish. There are daily specials and a wide variety of menu items to choose from. Breakfast can be ordered at any time, which is a nice feature. Gone downhill the past two years. Plenty of open tables and still 40 minute wait. Sounds like a scheduling problem to me. Food has changed. The little store is definitely the highlight of visiting Cracker Barrel. The food is just average, and it's unfortunate that they don't offer any gluten-free bread options. My husband really enjoyed his meal, so I wouldn't say it's a bad place to dine. For me, it was just alright.

What’s going on? There’s a 30 to 50-minute wait, yet many chairs are available. This seems like poor management to me. The Saraland location has been struggling for a while now. While the blueberry pancakes are fantastic, they definitely aren’t worth a 50-minute wait.
