Got breakfast here this morning and it was very disappointing. The teenage hostess unenthusiastically made my handicapped mother walk to the furthest table possible (literally all the way in the back, far corner) after which she gave us utensils that had some unidentified liquid on them. We asked our server, Nick, for fresh utensils. He took our order and got us fresh utensils. We both ordered the build your own breakfast that is supposed to come with biscuits and gravy, each. After waiting 30 minutes, our food finally comes out and my eggs are prepared wrong. Another server brought the food to our table. I explained the eggs were not prepared as ordered and we were both supposed to get bisc...
We ordered Two bowls of chicken noodle soup. When we got home, the attached photograph shows that there was no soup, but just noodles and chicken. If they did not have any soup left, they should’ve just told us and we would’ve got something else. This is not the first time that we’ve gotten poor takeout services at the store in Trevose Pennsylvania. It is really a shame as we really liked the restaurant when we dined in.
