The food is good, but the customer service is terrible. They are very disorganized, leaving customers waiting in long lines. Some people manage to cut ahead because they’re more assertive and step up to the counter, similar to how cashiers in grocery stores operate. This mentality often leads to confrontations outside. I ended up tipping 15% for the drinks I ordered online with my card, but I felt treated poorly. No thanks!
