I’m a huge fan of Craig’s Cookies in Toronto so when I saw them in St. John’s where my brother lives I thought what a wonderful idea to send him for his birthday today! I ordered on skip the dishes and wrote a note asking if the store could possibly personalize a message for him on the box. I didn’t really expect anyone to even notice a note as most of notes my orders for online food in Ontario are completely ignored but not only did the staff of the St. John’s Craig’s do so, they even did it in calligraphy! The unmatched deliciousness of Craig’s cookies meets the unmatched hospitality Newfoundlanders!
Staff's mood visibly changes towards customer who do not tip. Newfoundland and Labrador ranks 7th in Canada for poverty. Our dollar does not stretch the way it used to. I've saved up some coin after having life and all if its expenses drain my bank account week after week. I decide to use that extra coin to support a local business and am made to feel undeserving because I won't be able to tip on top of the 4 dollar cookies? Keep the dirty looks to yourselves and be thankful anyone chooses to spend their money with you.
The cookie is decent. Not outstanding or anything. But DEFINITELY WAY WAY OVERPRICED. 3.5 dollars for a cookie that tastes same as something out of a Sobeys is too much.
This is a cute shop, however I personally find the cookies to be too sweet which makes them unenjoyable for me.

Went twice during our 5 day stay and had the best 12 cookies we've ever had! Best cookies Craig!!
The cookies are absolutely delicious, and the staff is very friendly. I really enjoy this place!
Sooo delicious. I had one-okay, 2-honestly, 3-yesterday, and they were all amazing.
We grabbed half a dozen cookies and they were really good. Soft, chewy and tasty.
