Crazy Cajun Beaumont

We often came here without problems and had the worst experience ever tonight. Phones were down, so we went to the order. We ordered 1.5 lbs of cooked shrimp with a bowl of gum. Everyone from the south knows that it takes 3 minutes to cook shrimps and the rubberbo is ready to serve in a pot. We waited for an hour while so many employees were sitting around and hardly costumes were in the building. Two people came after us and got food before we did. We asked the hostess several times and a gentleman that I found out later that a manager asked us twice if we needed something I said we were waiting for cooked shrimps. As a manager, this is exaggerated. If you noticed it and approached me twice...

Food-gasmic!!!! Ample parking, open yet cozy environment with a gorgeous huge patio!!!! Next to I-10, easy in, easy out! Was there on a Sunday around 1500. Colorado transplant, looking for my new favorite! The food was amazing, the service even better. Our server Daniel was amazing! Kind, courteous and knowledgeable with the menu! Daniel graciously provided a sneak peak of the menu as a welcome for the first time visit ? Fried green tomatoes and Voo-Doo sauce they will blow your mind! ?? I love restaurants from the beaten path... especially non-chain restaurants and that didn't disappoint! The food was served hot and fast, was very well seasoned and was very delicious! Our server was very friendly and attentive and they will have my business at any time when I travel through Beaumont.

Loved the food and waiter. What I didn't like was the long waiting time for shrimps. I know it's all you can eat and there'll be a waiting time, but they didn't seem prepared. Whatever. Last time I ate 5 stars there. Will definitely eat again

Nice ambiance, outstanding staff scrumptious food! I had the ?Atchafalaya? it?s the best ètouffee I?ve had in a while.
