Crazy Rock'n Sushi La Puente

Ive been a fan of Crazy RockN Sushi since I was a freshman in highschool, about 8 years ago! I remember their rolls also being delicious so I decided to order the crunch dragon roll and the miso soup for a nice lunch. The roll was delicious, packed with the ingredients, huge chunks of unagi and avocado on top. Definitely worth your buck. The miso soup was the best Ive ever had! So rich in flavor and still hot when arrived even after eating most of my roll first; it was also a pretty large portion. Came with condiments as well on the side. I had hoped to have a great meal, would take off, but decided as I sat on my table I greeted and asked if I wanted to drink something and got a leaf paper for me to choose my option to which I did ... what a california roll gyoza and bark meat dish was waiting for me where the server came and getting my leaf the california roll came fast, but never asked me I mean, they should work there they know that there were two sides to their order sheet would not have hurt to skip and see what I tagged paid only 10 dollars for my eating without drinking money, but would really have wanted my food to be ordered correctly, hopefully lost my appetit next time to his better ones.

I'm from Japan and I love sushi. And I think this restaurant is the best. Sushi is great and also I loved their customer service. My baby was fussy and he was crying, so I asked to change our table. They did it immediately. They brought all our staff and food for us. Always making sure us if everything was ok. Oh also, they said thank you for coming on a rainy day. They gave us warm miso soup and edamame. I'm very picky about food and hospitality. And I go there if I wanna eat sushi. Thank you! You guys made us so happy

Most disappointing order from this location. The Blue Crab Roll in the photo is wrapped in salmon with blue crab and no rice, I did not receive that item. Instead I received a roll with rice blue crab wrapped in seaweed $11.44). I also ordered their House Ginger Salad which was warm and wilted by the time it was delivered...crazy that it was almost $9. The miso soup is tasty and both sushi rolls were excellent. What sets this restaurant apart is their attention to detail in presentation and packaging. They provide everything you need, including high-quality chopsticks, moist packets of ginger, soy sauce, wasabi, and a flavorful teriyaki sauce that is not just sweet.

During my visit in April 2022, I only saw our waiter for a brief total of two minutes: 1.5 minutes to take our order and 0.5 minutes to bring our bill. The service was lacking. The quality of the food was hit or miss. I do appreciate that they do not offer sushi rolls.

Even though we had to wait a bit for our food to be ready, the sushi and other items on the menu are incredibly delicious. The presentation of the dishes is very tidy. I always enjoy dining here and have never been let down.
